Located in the heart of Beirut’s elegant Saifi district, this project resembles a city within a city with its 22 buildings divided into approximately 40,000 m² of residential space, 70,000 m² of parking space and 10,000 m² of retail space with a total footprint area of 13,000 m². District //S has redefined the standards and norms of high quality development made by Allies and Morrison Architects by embracing a complete urban plan according to LEED requirements. Our scope of work is comprised of the internal finishes, structural, architectural and electromechanical works.
